Composite Regional Centre for Skill Development, Rehabilitation & Empowerment, Balangir (CRC - SRE) is an Autonomous Body under Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DIVYANGJAN), Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India. Balangir district is situated in the Western Odisha state of India. The state capital Bhubaneswar is 327 km away by road and 397 km by rail.
