NIRTAR served as facilitator to establish Regional Spinal Injury Centre in the campus of SCB Medical College, Cuttack. Rehabilitation Services were commenced from 2000. Construction of a separate building for the centre is under progress. The following services are provided –

- Physiotherapy
- Occupational therapy
- Medical and Vocational counselling
- Fitment of aids and appliances
